Paula Estey Gallery prepares for her Summer Season with an extraordinary blend of artistry and acumen, of poetic interpretation and messages in a bottle….all about LOVE. From the padlocks (!) on the nearly doomed Pont Des Arts bridge in Paris, to twisted fibers on canvas describing a sweet summer day, “LOVE-LOCKS” will be the premiere contemporary art exhibition this summer on Boston’s North Shore.
Paula Estey Gallery, with Boston painter Jennifer jean Costello’s work as Muse, has curated a small invitational that will expand and explore the feelings of Love: approachable elegant, desired—and ever-so-slightly resisted, twisted and distorted. Joining Jennifer are PEG artists Miranda Updike, Kate Sullivan, Jessica Hachmeister and introducing new-to-PEG artists David Stone, Regina Valluzzi, Pat Forbes and Joanne Tarlin.
This show represents a cohesive blending of artistic medium, personality and message. Invited artists are professionals with national reach. Come meet your edge.
